Ingredients
For the Apple Filling:
3 medium sweet apples, peeled and chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp coconut oil
Pinch of salt
For the Crumble Topping:
½ cup oats
¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp honey
Splash of water (as needed to bind)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Sauté apples: In a skillet, cook apples with coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt for about 5–7 minutes until slightly softened.
Make crumble: Mix oats, nuts, coconut oil, honey, and a splash of water until crumbly.
Assemble: Spread apples in a small baking dish. Top with oat mixture.
Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbling. Serve warm.
