  • 6 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
  2. Add chopped onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook for 5–6 minutes until vegetables begin to soften.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add uncooked macaroni and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 10–12 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve hot.
