Grilled Peach Burrata Salad

Description

A delightful summer salad featuring grilled peaches, creamy burrata, and crunchy prosciutto, drizzled with balsamic vinegar and fresh herbs.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Fresh Burrata Cheeses
  • 6 slices Prosciutto
  • 4 ripe Peaches
  • 1 cup Cherries
  • 2 Heirloom Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (Basil or Mint)
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat, around 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prep the peaches by cutting them in half and removing the pit. Brush with olive oil.
  3. Grill the peaches cut-side down for 4-5 minutes until charred and softened.
  4. Slice the cherries in half and cut the heirloom tomatoes into wedges.
  5. Add torn prosciutto pieces to the platter.
  6. Create a burrata nest in the center of the platter.
  7. Assemble the salad by slicing the grilled peaches and placing them around the tomatoes, prosciutto, and burrata.
  8. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, and sprinkle with fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Best served fresh and paired with a chilled white wine.
