Description
A delightful summer salad featuring grilled peaches, creamy burrata, and crunchy prosciutto, drizzled with balsamic vinegar and fresh herbs.

- 2 Fresh Burrata Cheeses
- 6 slices Prosciutto
- 4 ripe Peaches
- 1 cup Cherries
- 2 Heirloom Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (Basil or Mint)
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat, around 400°F (200°C).
- Prep the peaches by cutting them in half and removing the pit. Brush with olive oil.
- Grill the peaches cut-side down for 4-5 minutes until charred and softened.
- Slice the cherries in half and cut the heirloom tomatoes into wedges.
- Add torn prosciutto pieces to the platter.
- Create a burrata nest in the center of the platter.
- Assemble the salad by slicing the grilled peaches and placing them around the tomatoes, prosciutto, and burrata.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, and sprinkle with fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

Best served fresh and paired with a chilled white wine.
