Ingredients
10 ears corn, husked and cleaned
Cajun seasoning, to taste
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 lb sliced bacon (about 10 slices)
10 sheets aluminum foil (12x8 inches each)
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium heat (about 375°F/190°C).
Season corn lightly with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning.
Wrap each ear with a slice of bacon, spiraling from end to end.
Wrap tightly in foil, sealing ends to trap steam and bacon drippings.
Grill for 20–25 minutes, turning occasionally, until bacon is cooked through and corn is tender.
For crispier bacon, carefully unwrap foil and place corn directly on the grill for 2–3 minutes per side.
