Ingredients
2 (14 oz) packages kielbasa, sliced into ½-inch rounds
2 (20 oz) cans pineapple chunks (reserve 3 tbsp juice)
6 tbsp teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp reserved pineapple juice
1 tbsp soy sauce (for depth)
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (optional twist)
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional kick)
Plain toothpicks (for serving)
Fresh cilantro or green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
In a small saucepan, combine teriyaki sauce, sweet chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, pineapple juice, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
On the baking sheet, pair each kielbasa slice with a pineapple chunk and secure with a toothpick.
Brush generously with the glaze.
Bake for 15–18 minutes, brushing with extra glaze halfway through.
Remove and drizzle any remaining glaze over the top. Garnish with chopped cilantro or green onions if desired.
