Description

A creamy and cheesy garlic parmesan pasta that’s perfect for any night of the week. Simple to make and utterly delicious!


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Pasta (Spaghetti, Fettuccine, or Penne)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 45 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
  • Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve about 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In the same pot or a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Gradually add the grated parmesan cheese while stirring until melted and combined.
  4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Add the drained pasta back into the skillet and mix well. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water slowly until you reach the desired consistency.
  5. Plate the pasta and garnish with fresh parsley and additional parmesan, if desired.

Notes

For added protein, consider pairing with grilled chicken or shrimp. This dish is versatile; feel free to add seasonal vegetables or adjust the cheese type.
