A creamy, cheesy pasta dish that wraps around your taste buds like a warm hug—perfect for any night of the week.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces Pasta (Spaghetti, Fettuccine, or Penne)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 45 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
  • Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Parsley, optional, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil Water: Fill a large pot with water, add salt, and bring to a rolling boil.
  2. Add Pasta: Toss in pasta and cook until al dente as per package instructions.
  3. Reserve Pasta Water: Save about a cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
  4. Heat Oil: In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Sauté Garlic: Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Make Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, then gradually add parmesan cheese, stirring continuously.
  7. Season: Taste and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Combine: Toss drained pasta into the skillet, mixing well. Add reserved pasta water as needed.
  9. Serve: Plate the pasta, garnishing with parsley and extra parmesan cheese, if desired.

Notes

For a lightened version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or cashew cream. This pasta is versatile—add proteins or veggies based on preference!
