- 12 ounces rigatoni pasta
- 1 pound sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente, according to package directions.
- Sauté the steak in a large skillet with butter until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and stir for about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Combine the cooked rigatoni with the sauce and steak in the skillet.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Serve in bowls, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes
Add a splash of reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick. Adjust seasoning to taste.
