Instructions
- Combine ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, and olive oil.
- Marinate the flank steak in a resealable bag for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours).
- Measure and rinse the rice under cold water.
- Cook rice in a rice cooker or pot according to package instructions.

- Sauté veggies in olive oil for 5-7 minutes until soft or enjoy them raw.
