  • Author: islamerrick
  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Yield: Makes ~18–20 balls

Description

These savory-sweet bites are packed with holiday cheer—ground turkey, herbs, cranberries, and breadcrumbs rolled into golden, flavor-packed stuffing balls. Perfect as an appetizer, side dish, or even a fun twist on leftovers, they’re easy to make and impossible to stop eating.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground turkey

1 cup dried cranberries

1 cup breadcrumbs

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried sage

1 tsp dried thyme

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

¼ cup chicken broth

2 eggs, beaten

¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.

Sauté the aromatics:

In a skillet, sauté diced onion and garlic in a bit of oil until soft (about 5 minutes). Let cool slightly.

Mix the stuffing balls:

In a large bowl, combine turkey, cranberries, breadcrumbs, sautéed onion and garlic, sage, thyme, salt, pepper, chicken broth, eggs, and parsley.

Mix gently until just combined—don’t overwork.

Form & bake:

Roll into golf ball-sized portions and place on prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).

Serve:

Great warm with gravy or cranberry sauce—or serve chilled as party bites!
