Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried sage
1 tsp dried thyme
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ cup chicken broth
2 eggs, beaten
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.
Sauté the aromatics:
In a skillet, sauté diced onion and garlic in a bit of oil until soft (about 5 minutes). Let cool slightly.
Mix the stuffing balls:
In a large bowl, combine turkey, cranberries, breadcrumbs, sautéed onion and garlic, sage, thyme, salt, pepper, chicken broth, eggs, and parsley.
Mix gently until just combined—don’t overwork.
Form & bake:
Roll into golf ball-sized portions and place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
Serve:
Great warm with gravy or cranberry sauce—or serve chilled as party bites!
