Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
¼ cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp erythritol or keto sweetener
4 cups cauliflower rice
2 green onions, sliced
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef. Drain excess fat.
Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, and sweetener. Stir well and simmer 5–7 minutes.
In a separate pan, sauté cauliflower rice with a pinch of salt for 5 minutes until warm and tender.
Spoon beef mixture over cauliflower rice.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
