  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 23 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • 3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp butter (or dairy-free butter)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by gathering everything you need.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese and whip until silky smooth.
  3. Add the sour cream to the cream cheese and mix until combined.
  4. Incorporate the chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and fresh dill, mixing until well combined.
  5. Mix in the ranch seasoning and a pinch of salt, stirring to evenly distribute.
  6. Melt the butter (or dairy-free alternative) and mix with the Panko breadcrumbs.
  7. Spoon the creamy mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  8. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture on top, making sure to cover it well.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
