- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup dill pickles (chopped)
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2–3 tbsp fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
- Salt to taste
- 3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp butter (or dairy-free butter)
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by gathering everything you need.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese and whip until silky smooth.
- Add the sour cream to the cream cheese and mix until combined.
- Incorporate the chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and fresh dill, mixing until well combined.
- Mix in the ranch seasoning and a pinch of salt, stirring to evenly distribute.
- Melt the butter (or dairy-free alternative) and mix with the Panko breadcrumbs.
- Spoon the creamy mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture on top, making sure to cover it well.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving with your favorite dippers.
Notes
You can make this dip ahead of time—just refrigerate before baking. For a variation, try adding diced jalapeños for a spicy kick.
