Description

Indulge in the comforting flavor of Easy Cheesy Garlic Bread made with Hawaiian rolls, butter, and a mix of gooey cheeses.


Ingredients

  • 8 Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1 cup Cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup Butter (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the rolls by slicing them in half horizontally.
  3. Make the garlic butter by mixing softened butter, minced garlic, salt, and half of the chopped parsley.
  4. Assemble the rolls by slathering the garlic butter mixture onto each half.
  5. Add cheese liberally on top of the garlic spread.
  6. Bake the rolls in the oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Garnish with remaining parsley and serve with marinara sauce, if desired.

Notes

For a twist, try adding herbs, sliced jalapeños, or even pesto to the garlic butter.
