- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons Earl Grey tea leaves
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Buttercream frosting (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare your cupcake pan by lining it with liners.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Infuse your milk with Earl Grey tea leaves by heating warm milk and letting it steep.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, alternating between the two.
- Fold in the blackberries gently.
- Fill cupcake liners about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Frost once cooled and decorate as desired.
