Creamy, rich, and ultra-cozy—this Crock Pot hot chocolate is everything you want on a chilly night. It’s a hands-off crowd-pleaser made for sharing, perfect for holidays, game nights, or curling up by the fire. Toss in the ingredients, stir occasionally, and let the slow cooker work its magic.

Ingredients

Scale

6 cups whole milk

2 cups heavy cream

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional Toppings:

Whipped cream

Mini marshmallows

Crushed peppermint

Chocolate shavings

Caramel drizzle

Instructions

In a slow cooker, combine milk, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk.

Add chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir to mix.

Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to help the chocolate melt evenly.

Once fully melted and silky smooth, keep on warm for serving. Stir before ladling into mugs.

Top with your favorites—whipped cream, marshmallows, or a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
