Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse your green beans under cool water and trim the ends off.
- Mix in a large bowl olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Toss the trimmed green beans in the mixture until fully coated.
- Arrange the green beans in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast for about 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Add grated Parmesan over the top of the roasted beans.
- Finish roasting for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is golden.
- Let them cool for a minute before serving.
