Description

A flavor-packed delight featuring earthy mushrooms, bright sun-dried tomatoes, and rich Parmesan cheese in a creamy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the sliced mushrooms for about 5 minutes until tender and golden.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Incorporate the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir gently.
  6. Add the fresh spinach and cook until it wilts down, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Cheese it up by adding the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted, simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy your creamy Tuscan mushrooms!
