Ingredients
¼ cup chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp coconut cream
1 tsp matcha powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
Toppings: sliced almonds, blueberries, whipped coconut cream
Instructions
In a bowl or jar, whisk together coconut milk, matcha powder, honey, coconut cream, and vanilla.
Stir in chia seeds and mix well. Let sit 5 minutes, stir again to prevent clumps.
