Description

A simple and comforting dish that combines pappardelle noodles with a creamy lemon sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pappardelle Noodles
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 23 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pappardelle Noodles in boiling salted water until al dente, about 6-8 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Prepare the Sauce by melting butter in a skillet and sautéing minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the Heavy Cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  4. Incorporate Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice and season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
  5. Combine the drained Pappardelle noodles with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
  6. Finish by stirring in Grated Parmesan until melted, reserving some for garnish.
  7. Garnish with Fresh Parsley just before serving and enjoy warm.
