- 8 oz Pappardelle Noodles
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tbsp Butter
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tbsp Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 2–3 cloves Garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
- Fresh Parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Pappardelle Noodles in boiling salted water until al dente, about 6-8 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- Prepare the Sauce by melting butter in a skillet and sautéing minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the Heavy Cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Incorporate Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice and season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Combine the drained Pappardelle noodles with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
- Finish by stirring in Grated Parmesan until melted, reserving some for garnish.
- Garnish with Fresh Parsley just before serving and enjoy warm.
