  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh vegetables (like spinach, carrots, and bell peppers)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by chopping the chicken into bite-sized pieces and mincing your garlic.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Once hot, toss in the chopped chicken. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Gradually add the chicken broth, stirring to mix. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
  5. Add the ramen noodles to the boiling broth and cook according to package instructions, usually around 3-4 minutes.
  6. Once the noodles are tender, reduce the heat to low. Pour in the heavy cream and soy sauce, stirring gently.
  7. Toss in your fresh veggies and let them simmer for 2-3 minutes until they’re just tender.
  8. Taste and adjust the broth with more soy sauce, salt, or pepper as needed.
  9. Ladle the ramen into bowls and top with sliced green onions.
