Description
A creamy and garlicky take on classic ramen, this dish combines tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and rich flavors for a comforting meal.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup fresh vegetables (like spinach, carrots, and bell peppers)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Start by chopping the chicken into bite-sized pieces and mincing your garlic.
- In a large pot over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Once hot, toss in the chopped chicken. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, stirring occasionally.
- Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Gradually add the chicken broth, stirring to mix. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
- Add the ramen noodles to the boiling broth and cook according to package instructions, usually around 3-4 minutes.
- Once the noodles are tender, reduce the heat to low. Pour in the heavy cream and soy sauce, stirring gently.
- Toss in your fresh veggies and let them simmer for 2-3 minutes until they’re just tender.
- Taste and adjust the broth with more soy sauce, salt, or pepper as needed.
- Ladle the ramen into bowls and top with sliced green onions.
Notes
