Description

A comforting bowl of creamy chicken gnocchi that blends rich flavors with a nostalgic touch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz Gnocchi
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast, diced
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth (low-sodium)
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes until they float, then drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the chicken by heating olive oil in a skillet, adding the chicken breast with spices, and cooking for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  4. Create the creamy sauce by lowering the heat and adding cream cheese and chicken broth, whisking until smooth.
  5. Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted, then gently fold in the cooked gnocchi.
  6. Season with Italian seasoning and chopped green onions, mixing to combine.
  7. Plate the dish and garnish with extra cheese and herbs, if desired.

Notes

Feel free to add vegetables or use rotisserie chicken for a quicker meal. Adjust spices to your preference!
