Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Scoop out the cottage cheese into a medium bowl and break it up slightly.
- Sprinkle your chosen seasonings over the cottage cheese and mix well.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop small dollops of seasoned cottage cheese onto the sheet.
- Flatten each dollop into a thin round disk.
