Ingredients
Cookie Base:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
Cheesecake Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
1½ cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Salted Caramel:
½ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Flaky sea salt for garnish
Instructions
Make cookies: Cream butter and sugars until light. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, graham crumbs, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Scoop into large dough balls and flatten slightly. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 min. Cool completely.
