Ingredients
2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, cashews)
1 egg white
1 tbsp water
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk egg white and water until frothy. Toss nuts to coat.
Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg in a bowl. Stir into nuts until evenly coated.
Spread nuts in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crisp. Cool completely.
