Ingredients
Chicken Bites:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp cayenne pepper (more if you like heat)
Salt & pepper, to taste
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp oil, for frying
Hot Honey Dip:
¼ cup honey
½ tsp chili flakes or hot sauce
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Mix spices: Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Toss with chicken pieces.
Coat the bites: Sprinkle flour and cornstarch over seasoned chicken and toss to lightly coat.
Pan-fry: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Fry chicken in batches until golden and cooked through, about 3–4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
Make the dip: Warm honey with chili flakes or hot sauce and a pinch of salt until runny and spicy.
Serve: Plate the chicken bites and drizzle or dip into hot honey.
