Description

It’s not a dessert, it’s not quite dinner—it’s both. These golden chicken bites are seasoned with a wild mix of cinnamon, smoked paprika, cayenne, and brown sugar, then pan-fried until crispy and addictive. Dunked in a hot honey dip, they’re bizarrely delicious—and just daring enough to become your next viral obsession.

Ingredients

Scale

Chicken Bites:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp smoked paprika

¼ tsp cayenne pepper (more if you like heat)

Salt & pepper, to taste

2 tbsp flour

2 tbsp cornstarch

2 tbsp oil, for frying

Hot Honey Dip:

¼ cup honey

½ tsp chili flakes or hot sauce

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Mix spices: Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Toss with chicken pieces.

Coat the bites: Sprinkle flour and cornstarch over seasoned chicken and toss to lightly coat.

Pan-fry: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Fry chicken in batches until golden and cooked through, about 3–4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

Make the dip: Warm honey with chili flakes or hot sauce and a pinch of salt until runny and spicy.

Serve: Plate the chicken bites and drizzle or dip into hot honey.
