Ingredients
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1½ cups gumdrops or jelly candies, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and a pinch of salt, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Let the mixture cool slightly (about 3 minutes), then fold in chopped gumdrops.
Pour into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
Lift out, cut into small squares, and serve.
