Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
1 ½ tbsp peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp mini chocolate chips or crushed dark chocolate
1 tbsp chopped peanuts (optional)
1 tbsp melted peanut butter (for drizzling)
Instructions
In a bowl or blender, combine cottage cheese, peanut butter, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla. Blend or mix until smooth and creamy.
Stir in chocolate chips or dark chocolate chunks.
