Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
⅓ cup almond butter
½ cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)
1 tsp chia seeds (optional, for added texture & nutrition)
Instructions
Slice bananas into ¼-inch thick rounds.
Spread almond butter on half the slices and top with the remaining banana slices to make mini sandwiches.
Place on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 1 hour until firm.
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler.
Dip each frozen bite halfway into the chocolate, then place back on the tray. Sprinkle with chia seeds if using.
Return to freezer for 15–20 minutes until set. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
