- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 6 small flour tortillas
- Olive oil or cooking spray (for pan-frying)
- Optional: crouton crumbs, lemon wedges, fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken with Caesar dressing, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Lay out the tortillas and spoon the Caesar chicken mixture onto half of each one.
- Top with shredded lettuce, Parmesan, and optional crouton crumbs for crunch.
- Fold each tortilla in half over the filling and gently press down to flatten.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with olive oil or spray.
- Place folded tacos in the skillet and press down with a spatula to “smash” them slightly.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with extra Caesar dressing, lemon wedges, or fresh herbs if desired.
