  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 6 small flour tortillas
  • Olive oil or cooking spray (for pan-frying)
  • Optional: crouton crumbs, lemon wedges, fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken with Caesar dressing, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. Lay out the tortillas and spoon the Caesar chicken mixture onto half of each one.
  3. Top with shredded lettuce, Parmesan, and optional crouton crumbs for crunch.
  4. Fold each tortilla in half over the filling and gently press down to flatten.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with olive oil or spray.
  6. Place folded tacos in the skillet and press down with a spatula to “smash” them slightly.
  7. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve warm with extra Caesar dressing, lemon wedges, or fresh herbs if desired.
