Description

A delicious and easy Chicken Caesar Flatbread recipe that combines the flavors of pizza and Caesar salad for a tasty weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • Flatbread or Naan
  • Cooked Chicken, shredded or sliced
  • Romaine Lettuce, chopped
  • Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • Caesar Dressing
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Add the shredded or sliced chicken evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped Romaine lettuce.
  5. Pop it in the oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes.
  6. Drizzle with Caesar dressing after removing from the oven.
  7. Slice into wedges and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispy edges, pre-bake the flatbread for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
