A delicious and easy Chicken Caesar Flatbread recipe that combines the flavors of pizza and Caesar salad for a tasty weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- Flatbread or Naan
- Cooked Chicken, shredded or sliced
- Romaine Lettuce, chopped
- Parmesan Cheese, grated
- Caesar Dressing
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Add the shredded or sliced chicken evenly over the flatbread.
- Top with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped Romaine lettuce.
- Pop it in the oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes.
- Drizzle with Caesar dressing after removing from the oven.
- Slice into wedges and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispy edges, pre-bake the flatbread for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
