Juicy chicken, tender broccoli, and melty mozzarella all ride inside a hollowed loaf, making this a creamy, crunchy, all-in-one meal you can slice and serve with zero fuss.
Ingredients
1 large loaf French bread
2 cups cooked chopped chicken breast
1 ½ cups steamed broccoli, chopped
1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
½ tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp grated Parmesan
Optional: chopped parsley, red pepper flakes
Instructions
Prep the bread: Cut the loaf in half lengthwise and hollow out the center, leaving a ½-inch shell. Place on a baking sheet.
