Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded zucchini
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup almond flour or breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the zucchini by shredding and squeezing out excess moisture.
  3. Mix the shredded zucchini, cheese, egg, almond flour or breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Shape the mixture into breadsticks on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  6. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
