- 2 cups shredded zucchini
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup almond flour or breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the zucchini by shredding and squeezing out excess moisture.
- Mix the shredded zucchini, cheese, egg, almond flour or breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Shape the mixture into breadsticks on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with marinara sauce for dipping, and feel free to experiment by adding herbs or spices.
