Ingredients
1 bag frozen tater tots
1 lb ground beef
½ diced yellow onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can green beans, drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven: Set to 375°F (190°C).
Cook beef: In a skillet, sauté onion until soft. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain grease.
Mix filling: Stir in soup, green beans, Worcestershire sauce, and half the cheese. Season to taste.
Assemble casserole: Spread beef mixture in a greased 9×13” baking dish. Layer tater tots evenly on top.
Bake: Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, then sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake another 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Cool & serve: Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
