- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 2 cups Frozen French Fries
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1 cup Pickles (chopped)
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat with olive oil until the onion is soft and the beef is browned.
- Combine the beef and onions with ketchup and pickles in a mixing bowl.
- Layer an even layer of frozen French fries in a greased casserole dish.
- Add the beef and pickle mixture over the fries and spread it evenly.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a twist, try using sweet potato fries or adding jalapeños for heat!
