Ingredients
1¼ lbs ground beef
2/3 cup ketchup
2½ tbsp brown sugar
1¼ tbsp prepared mustard
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2½ tubes (10.5 oz each) large refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (you’ll need 20 biscuits total)
2/3 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed into 20 small chunks
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Stir in ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 2–3 minutes until saucy and flavorful.
Grease muffin tins and press one biscuit into each cup to form a base.
Fill each cup with a spoonful of beef mixture.
Top each with a Velveeta cube.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until biscuits are puffed and golden, and cheese is melty.
Let cool slightly before removing from muffin tin.
