Ingredients
4 large carrots, peeled and chopped
3 large oranges, peeled and segmented
1/2-inch piece of fresh ginger (optional, for a spicy kick)
1/2 lemon, juiced (optional, for brightness)
Water or ice, as needed for blending
Instructions
Add carrots and orange segments to a blender.
Add ginger and lemon juice if using.
