1 cup all-purpose or whole wheat flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 cup milk of choice
1 large egg
1 tbsp melted butter or oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Banana slices
Strawberries, sliced
Blueberries
Raspberries or strawberries (nose)
Notes
In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add milk, egg, maple syrup, butter, and vanilla; mix until just combined.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.
Pour pancakes to form one large circle (face) and two smaller ovals (ears).
Cook until bubbles form, flip, and cook until golden.
