Crispy, cheesy, and spicy Buffalo Chicken Taquitos, perfect for game day or a fun family dinner.
Ingredients
- Shredded Chicken (2 cups)
- Buffalo Sauce (1/2 cup)
- Cream Cheese (4 oz)
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 cup)
- Flour Tortillas (10 large)
- Olive Oil or Cooking Spray
- Ranch Dressing (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar in a bowl until well mixed.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, roll tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush each taquito with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy and golden, flipping midway.
- Serve warm with ranch dressing.
Notes
Serve with a garnish of freshly chopped parsley or cilantro, and add celery and carrot sticks on the side.
