Description

Crispy, cheesy, and spicy Buffalo Chicken Taquitos, perfect for game day or a fun family dinner.


Ingredients

  • Shredded Chicken (2 cups)
  • Buffalo Sauce (1/2 cup)
  • Cream Cheese (4 oz)
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 cup)
  • Flour Tortillas (10 large)
  • Olive Oil or Cooking Spray
  • Ranch Dressing (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar in a bowl until well mixed.
  3. Place about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, roll tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  4. Brush each taquito with olive oil or cooking spray.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy and golden, flipping midway.
  6. Serve warm with ranch dressing.

Notes

Serve with a garnish of freshly chopped parsley or cilantro, and add celery and carrot sticks on the side.
