Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
⅓ cup buffalo sauce
4 slices thick bread (like brioche or sourdough)
2 large eggs
¼ cup milk
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ cup shredded sharp cheddar
Butter or oil for pan
Ranch dressing, for drizzling
Optional: green onions or blue cheese crumbles
Instructions
Toss the chicken: Warm sliced chicken and toss with buffalo sauce. Set aside.
