Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
½ cup all-purpose flour (or almond flour for low-carb)
½ cup water
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp salt
1 cup buffalo hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
2 tbsp melted butter (or olive oil for vegan version)

Instructions
