Scale
  • 1 lb Chicken (breasts or thighs)
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger (fresh, grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Gather all your ingredients and chop chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Marinate the chicken: In a large bowl, combine chicken, soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice, garlic, and ginger. Mix well and let sit for 20 minutes.
  3. Heat the pan: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
