- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Gather all your ingredients and chop chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Marinate the chicken: In a large bowl, combine chicken, soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice, garlic, and ginger. Mix well and let sit for 20 minutes.
- Heat the pan: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Cook the chicken: Add marinated chicken to the pan, ensuring they aren’t crowded. Cook for 5-6 minutes without stirring.
- Add the marinade: Pour in the reserved marinade, bring to a simmer, and cook for another 10-12 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Taste and adjust: Add more salt or brown sugar if needed.
- Finish and serve: Plate the chicken and enjoy!
