A vibrant, crunchy Broccoli Salad that brings back childhood memories, perfect for potlucks or family dinners.
Ingredients

- 4 cups Fresh Broccoli florets
- 6 slices Smoked Bacon
- 1/4 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons Vinegar
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prep your Broccoli by washing it under cool running water and cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
- Cook the Bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 7-10 minutes.
- Make the Dressing by combining mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar in a mixing bowl and whisking until smooth.
- Chop the Onions and Almonds as prepared for the salad.
- Combine everything in a large bowl, mixing gently to coat the broccoli.
- Season it up with salt and pepper to taste.
- Let it Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
This salad can be made ahead of time and stored for up to 3 days. Consider adding cheese or fruits for variations.
