Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your broccoli by rinsing it under cold water, trimming the ends, and chopping it into bite-sized florets.
  2. Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until crispy. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels.
  3. Make the dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  4. Combine the broccoli, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar, and chopped red onion in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over and mix gently.
