Description

This deconstructed burrito bowl is the breakfast you didn’t know you needed! Scrambled eggs, melted cheddar, and fresh salsa come together in one simple, satisfying dish—with creamy avocado to top it all off.


Ingredients

23 large eggs

1 tbsp butter

Salt & pepper to taste

¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese

3 tbsp fresh salsa

½ avocado, cubed (optional)


Instructions

Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Crack eggs into a bowl, whisk, and season with salt and pepper.

Scramble eggs in skillet until soft and fluffy.

Transfer to a bowl and top with shredded cheddar while hot.

Add salsa and avocado chunks on top. Serve warm.
