Ingredients
2 containers Boursin Cheese (Garlic & Herb)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped (or heirloom for color)
½ cup fresh basil, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely crushed
Salt and black pepper, to taste
4 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic glaze (plus extra for serving)
1 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped (optional twist)
1 tsp lemon zest (for added brightness)
2 baguettes, sliced and lightly toasted
Instructions
In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, lemon zest, and sun-dried tomatoes if using. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread both containers of Boursin onto a serving platter, creating a thick base.
