Ingredients
1 ½ cups rolled oats
¾ cup all-purpose or whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
⅓ cup coconut oil or melted butter
⅓ cup maple syrup or honey
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, mix coconut oil, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
