Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse black beans, sour cream, salsa, and seasonings until mostly smooth but still slightly chunky.
- Stir in shredded cheese, green onions, and cilantro if using.
- Transfer mixture to a serving platter and shape into a football using a spatula or damp hands.
- Use extra sour cream to pipe laces on top of the dip.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to help it firm up.
