Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
1 tbsp orange zest
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
1 sheet puff pastry (optional, for wrapping)
Crackers, crostini, or sliced baguette, for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
Spread softened cream cheese evenly in the bottom of the dish.
In a bowl, combine cranberry sauce, orange zest, and honey. Spoon mixture over cream cheese.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
Optional: Wrap cream cheese block in puff pastry, seal edges, and place on a baking sheet for a baked brie–style dip.
Bake 15–20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly (25–30 minutes if using puff pastry).
Serve warm with bread, crackers, or crostini.
