A cheesy, meaty, and saucy bake that’s perfect for a cozy dinner any night of the week.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 oz cheese-filled tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat with olive oil, onion, and garlic until browned.
- Mix in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning, letting it simmer for a few minutes.
- Prepare the tortellini according to the package instructions if they’re frozen. Drain and set aside.
- Combine everything in the skillet until well mixed.
- Transfer half of the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, add some cheese, then layer the remaining mixture and cheese on top.
- Bake covered with foil for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly.
- Cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with a sprinkle of fresh basil or parsley and a side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
