Ingredients
4 oz (113g) 96% lean ground beef
100g roasted sweet potato, cubed
2 whole eggs, cooked to preference
35g avocado, sliced
Drizzle of honey (optional, ~1/2 tsp for balance)
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: paprika or chili flakes for extra kick
Instructions
Roast sweet potato cubes in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
While the sweet potato roasts, cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Season lightly.
In a separate pan, cook the eggs to your liking—fried sunny-side up works great here.
Assemble the bowl: layer beef, roasted sweet potato, and avocado slices. Top with eggs and a drizzle of honey.
Sprinkle with extra seasoning or herbs if desired, and enjoy hot.
